JibJab is growing like a puberty-stricken teenager and we're always on the lookout for inspired artists, brilliant programmers, visionary producers, creative business minds and those invaluable folks who make sure that the trains run on time (it's a metaphor – we don't need conductors – sorry). We look for intelligence, a passion for innovation, talent, energy and, obviously, a sense of humor*. Here at JibJab, we don't just have "jobs"... we are leading a media revolution! Call it a JibJabVolution, if you like (just know that we don't). Whatever you call it, we're changing the way entertainment is created, produced and distributed - and we're doing it with fewer employees than your local coffee shop (they probably make a better frapuccino than we do, though)! And since we're a small team, a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-get-the-job-done attitude is a must.
